Origin of Halloween

Halloween means All Hallow's Eve and is a celebration of Celtic origin. 2,500 years ago, the ancient Celts (who populated part of northern Europe and the British Isles) celebrated the end of the year when the summer ended, which for them was on Oct. 31. The Celts thought that this day the spirits came out of their tombs and so decorated huts with bones and objects unpleasant it was to scare them away.
The Halloween esportado eventually to other countries thanks to movies and television shows tend to show that this party.
